• Q. Will you ring me before carrying out any additional repairs?
• A. If the additional work is greater than 10% of your estimate or quote then we will contact you for authorisation. The reason for this is to keep our service standards to a high level, for example the additional work may be something as simple as a bulb replacement, and to halt work will prolong service times and reduce productivity.
• Q. How much will a service cost?
• A. That will depend on which service you need or require, our servicing charges start from as little as £32.50 plus parts and vat, please call with your requirements on 01246 230 500.
• Q. Will you price match?
• A. * Yes we will but only for a like for like service and we may ask for written proof.
• Q. Can you stamp my service book?
• A. Certainly, we are a VAT registered business.
• Q. What Payment methods do you accept?
